| I do remember when this happened, it’s foggy don’t remember the details. I was there, the CO called in an air strike while we were under fire. The area was heavy trees and we could not tell where the fire was coming. But had a general direction. I believe there were 2 Air Force jets flying extremely low, scary low and they where over our position seems like just a couple of minutes after requesting an air strike, it was fast. All I remember was the loud jet engines passing very low followed by the explosion followed by the radios call for a medic. Within a couple more minutes the medevac chopper was there. That’s all I can remember. I really wish you well and this does help
